After logging in to the 2024 survey submission, you will see a "see my application" tab on the right. Once you've clicked the application tab, your assessment will appear along with a "jump to" drop-down menu. The "Custom Index Report" and "ad-hoc Reports" tasks are the third and the second from the bottom of this menu, respectively. You can find last year's data in the format of the new survey (2025 Fair360 survey) on the first task from the bottom.
